Yes we accept old lawn mowers as scrap metal. All oil and gas must be removed as well as the wheels. The mower must be placed inside the scrap metal container which is 4 feet off the ground. Bring help if needed as recycling center staff cannot assist.
I don't remember seeing a place for them so I don't think so.
