I had an issue with a 36" BW that I had custom built in 2020 as a gift. I reached out to TUCR via email and Charlie responded immediately. I mailed the rod in for review and, exactly 1 week later, a rod is at my door. I am passionate about customer service and rarely have expectations met. I use self fusing electrical tape. It doesn't ruin the cork or EVA and it is very secure.
I would suggest calling the shop for order specific questions. The store would not be alerted by Google maps that there is a customer question.
