I dont like the new system they installed ,a little to automated and a bottle neck is created by the new gate on the express wash side
They do the best job they can. Get the unlimited wash and go back at different times. Times when it's less busy they do a better job or hit more things. Speak with the manager or ask the attendant of something seems awry, they're usually agreeable and will work to quickly fix it, but they have to move the card along the best they can when it's busy.
