They dont, but many items are not out of date. Sometimes it overstocked, or from damaged freight. Never gotten anything that wasn't good!
No, they don't carry Standard New Items, And Some Stuff, altho useable, is out of date. They buy salvaged goods from wrecked trucks and trains, so mfg coupons aren't accepted
