Yes they do . Poor thing :( I would call right away . Theyre a spay neuter clinic but they also offer regular vet services on certain days of the week .
The Monroe low cost clinic is the best. Their staff is awesome and the prices are very fair. They take great care of the animals brought to them. I recommend that you call them.
