Hi Jim! Thank you for your question...this is often a confused cut...are you speaking of the spinalis? If so, we do have that and it is $45/lb. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Sharon Jackson Yes, I agree, it definitely is expensive...the reason is because when the spinalis is removed from the ribeye it destroys the ribeye in a way that we can no longer sell the rest of it as a ribeye steak anymore.
