How is it possible for me to get a social security card and I cant do it online it keeps locking me out, if sent an application twice and a copy of my state I.d. and they wont take that, theres no other way but go to the ssc office?

You can call them on Monday and talk to someone between 9AM to 3PM EST. I talked with someone the other day
