Incredibly nice and helpful! PWS is listed on the Bosch website as an authorized repair center -- even though they have not been for years. However, when I showed up with a drill bit broken off in a Bosch drill, they helped me remove it. Very grateful for the time and assistance! I'll be back anytime I can throw some business their way.

Ordered online, realized I had ordered an incorrect item and immediately emailed them to request the order be changed. Two days later they shipped the order anyway without correcting it and informed me they couldn’t change it because “USPS has control of the box”. Please.

The mortising Router Bit used would be determined by the radius of the hinge corner you are using. If the hinge corner is square then after mortising the hinge out you would use a mortise chisel to square it.
