They do a good job threw the week. wouldn't take it in on Saturday. The best machanics are off. They didn't do all of my full service Oil Change. Left trash in car, my serious radio station had been changed and cranked up.
We have had excellent service out of them ! Sorry for your bad visit. I recommend you go back and talk with them I'm sure they would make it right with you .
They have always gone above and beyond for my service. Even to the point of giving me a loaner when it was going to take too long.
They have always delivered on time and correct service for me. I have 2 dealerships closer, but have always utilized Champion. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.
