My husband and I recently purchased something that may have been previously owned by Pastor Roy W. Gary, founder of the Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.
How would I go about doing research in to his background?

Carol, I know you asked this a few months ago, but if you can go to the library in person and actually work with a librarian, this is exactly what they are trained for, to know how to, and to assist with research.
