At the bottom of the USPS.com web page you will see "Helpful Links". Click on "feedback" and follow the instructions. You can also use the QR code at the bottom of your post office receipts.
You can leave one on Google maps for the location but if it's something you need addressed you'll want to do it on usps.com or talking to the postmaster on site.
