Anyone that can explain this mess this morning at Huntersville P.O.?? Tuesday Oct 11, 2022. It was disgusting. Food, food wrappers, beverage bottles overflowing receptacles???

Some of the employees here are kind, but many seem to have a problem with people who are not the same color as them. I was called forward by a " lovely" woman named Teresa. I greeted her with a hello and asked how she was doing to which I received no reply.I asked for a receipt on a prepaid package because this location has been notorious for losing people's packages. Instead of getting me my receipt, she begins to wrap up a bunch of items in rubber bands and takes her sweet time helping me out. While she's doing that a gentleman comes and drops off prepaid packages without getting a receipt to which she said to him "Thank you." Excuse me for wanting proof that I dropped a return off at the post office - it's in their hands now. She finally scans my package tosses it in a bin below her counter and hands me the receipt without a single word to me. "I say have a nice day." to which she completely ignored me! Talk about rudeness for no good reason!!!

Arrived at 4:58 and was told to come back tomorrow. I have very important applications to send off. The reviews are spot on because they’re indeed very rude!

Does not answer the phone and apparently doesn't work with fedex amazon or ups to exchange packages.
