I started my "Journey" to loose weight in January of this year. I was so uncomfortable and just not happy with myself because of my size. Like everyone I have been on EVERY DIET imaginable along with endless exercise and nothing ever worked or if it did it was short term. After I heard about Dr. Girouard's program I thought, what the heck. I went and have been so excited, motivated, sleeping better, more energy and since January I have lost 43 lbs.!!!! I feel great, & fit into clothes I haven't worn in years, So excited!!!! The staff & Doctor are just super and give such support to keep me on track. It is not a hard program to go by and now I'm eating all things that are still keeping my weight at level and I have adjusted but never hungry and believe it or not, I have not been in a gym at all, I just stay active by walking my regular routine and it's awesome. The program DOES WORK!!! You just have to work it and results are unbelievable!! No long office visits and such a great place. I thank them all for my "New" look & health!!
