How do you not take Apple Pay in 2022? Like be for real. Also, when I placed my order, I asked the girl what kid of sauce they have, and she told me the 3 types and that they would ask me what type of sauce I wanted when I got there. I told her that I would like sweet. Lmaooo, she responded by repeating to me that they would ask me what kind of sauce I wanted when I picked up my order. If I’m telling you the type of sauce I want now, what’s stopping you from notating that on my order. I’m allowing you the opportunity to be more efficient. Seeing as how they don’t have Apple Pay, efficiency is something they clearly don’t care about. Even if I did carry a card or cash on me, I wouldn’t attempt to try them again. In a way I feel as though I was spared. 090722: Company responded, “We do care about efficiency, and we're sorry we do not accept Apple Pay. In the future, we ask that you come prepared to pay with cash or a credit card. Not accepting Apple Pay when a healthy 80% of businesses do, is wild. There a Clover machines that would allow you to offer your repeat customers rewards. If you guys want to double down on living in the Stone Age when BBQ was invited that’s absolutely fine, best of luck. The point of Google allowing reviews is so that other potential patrons can get an idea of what to expect from your business. I expected to be able to pay with Apple Pay, no other review mentioned that you guys don’t accept it. Also, there won’t be a next time. One and done. Your review gets one revision, then I’m done.
