Unfortunately, we don't allow outside food or drinks into Nickelodeon Universe.
They have an area inside the park with tables and chairs right outside the little food market where you'd be able to set up for that.. it's a public area so you may need to set your stuff up so no one takes your table.
Not inside the park. We saw someone set up around some chairs outside the park having a birthday though.
