It's a store right in the entrance of both parks. They sell toys, clothes, jackets,and costumes. I assume they have bucket hats. Hopefully this helps

Yes you can buy themed merch at the souvenir stores....There are many stores there as it is a mall..so you can "shop shop" Tooo!! 😁
