I went there about a month ago and you do have to pay before you get there because most of the time there sold out and restrictions on rides is hight no phones unless it's baby ride then you can go on ride with phone
Yes you can buy tickets, they don't have any weight restrictions posted but I imagine anyone over 6 feet tall or 300+ pounds will have difficulty on many of the rides

I did not see any weight restrictions. They do measure height. And yes tickets can be purchased there but purchasing online is easier less lines and less of a wait.
