Could be for anything (bridge, bingo, backgammon, badminton, chess, golf etc) event and could be any St. Andrew's Club (St.Andrews in Scotland and Yonkers tend to refer to themselves as Golf Club in their name). I suggest thus that you enjoy it for what it is: a memento of an ancestor.
