USGA or pro shop should be able to help
Not exactly sure how much it is to pay but I know it's a lot of money and when I mean a lot I mean a lot and you're not guaranteed to get a membership out there I think it's something that you would have to talk to the owner about because he made it to be more or less like an exclusive golf course
