We plan on coming next Mon or Tue (president day or the day after on the 20): 1. Is it going to be open for snow tubing due to the weather ( it might be a bit worm and rainy) 2. Can a 4 yrs do snow tubing? 3. Is Tue still holiday rates?

Yes a 4 year old can do snow tubing, I was there last week end and my son who will be 4 years on the 26th went snow tubing. Make sure your son can ski or have proper guidance.I am sorry I would not be able to help with the other questions. Enjoy your holiday.
