Question why are all the Walmarts lines always extremely long ?
This walmart is full of employees that ride the clock. Majority of the staff could care less about customer service. And as for the lines.. They will tell you that we are short staffed. They are always short staffed, due to poorly sellected managers. This can be a great store if corporate cared enough to get the right manager in this store. ITS HORRIBLE SHOPPING HERE!!!
They could have found you someone to assist you. They could paged someone trom that department. They just was lazy and rude. Poor customer service
I have seen 4 or 5 associates at a time standing around talking or texting while ignoring customers on a regular basis. And this is consistent around the entire store. They are not understaffed. The employees just don't seem to care that they have a paying job.
Customer service is not their strongest. This can be improved.
I have been fortunate enough to encounter great help there, besides a couple of people, but other than that leave can't complain.
You know apparently they don't care about their job too much
With a horrible health plan coupled with low wages, void of cross training, and managers whocan never be reached, leaving employees to do their jobs self esteem is at an all time low, particularly@ the Cleveland Ave location.
The bottom line is "there customer service STINKS" and I certainly agree.
