How many times do I have to be disappointed and inconvenienced when trying to get printing services. Who is the store manager? Does he or she do not care about how unacceptable it is to not have efficient equipment working or having ALL employees trained so that they can work in all areas of the store. I don't fault the employees it's management's responsibility to make ensure that they are checking in with employees to remove barriers and obstacles ensuring they have everything they need to be successful. Get it together Manager...Stop making your employees look bad!

This a two part review. I placed a small business order with Ms. Rita this morning. She was pleasant and so very helpful. I came to pick my order around 6:20 pm same day l and the young lady in the work room in the back with the braids was the total opposite. That morning my order should have included an adhesive easel back as requested with Ms. Rita. The young lady explained that I wasn’t charged for the adhesive easel which is literally cardboard and tape. She explained that I would need to repay for me order just to get the adhesive easel back. Things are so simple but leave it to camp creek to make it difficult. She’s asking that pay $80 for the easel back that cost $3 on Amazon but most important should have been apart of my order initially. Manager came and gave me the easel back. It was that simple from the beginning
