City of East Point Power. Wish I could give a negative 5 star rating. I cannot believe I actually pay real dollars and cents for this bull$h!t. Third time today the power has gone out. How can we introduce some market competition into this scenario?

Yo!!!...this place right here got some serious issues that need to be resolved I paid my bill and the payment went through I called up there to double check and they said my balance was paid I come home to my lights off after a 14hour shift the bill 176.00 - told me to come up and pay 211.00 then charged me a $60 Reconnect fee like wow even county are scam artist well thank you east point

No Stars!! This place has to be ran by a mom and pop and they hire kids. Worst customer service and they truly don’t care what you’re going through. No other power company is like this. Fix it!!
