Why do the people who work there have bad attitudes, poor customer service, and not knowledgeable about their product.

Possibly the rate of Pay. The Customers at Wal-Mart are also Unique. Wal-Mart is a huge chain and has no need to improve any of the aforementioned Problems. Imo

It's Wal-Mart thus it is what it is. They rule the world....lol

One thing is they cut down on their help.so,someone else has to do more work for 2 or more.and turnovers dont help much either.
