I went to Party City Morrow on 7/5 for some plastic ware items and flamingos for my pool party. I was approached at the register by an employee who was very friendly and insisted I use their free delivery service. I was very hesitant because I was afraid it wouldn't arrive on time and I really didn't need to use the service. The employee insisted (as if she was getting some type of credit)... so me being nice, I agreed. I needed the items by 6pm. The party started at 6:30p. They did not arrive until 7:30pm. I attempted to call the location multiple times but no one answered prior to the driver's arrival. I had to call another Party City for them to get Morrow on the phone. The driver was an Uber driver, which means they had to be scheduled or requested. They had to schedule it late. I've used Uber packages multiple times. I went back into the store today to purchase plates and met with the manager Erica. I expressed my frustration and she didn't care AT ALL. She would hardly acknowledge my concern and then she walked away. DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE.

Selection is bad, customer service is piss poor. The place knows the customer service is bad and making no improvement s just look at the reviews . The young lady Jessica with the orange hair was very friendly, helpful and attentive. She could run the store alone cause it certainly seems she is hope she finds a better place.
