Trying to get appointment for a month now to show them my payment to correct there error seems like they purposely made up an arrears to have a reason to take my taxes. I will be getting a lawyer.

I agree with everyone. The staff is rude and they act as if no one in the office has ever been in our shoes. The staff lacks compassion as well as customer service and people skills. I understand that they did not choose who we decided to lay down with, but at the same time we did not choose for them to get a job at the child support office! Seek other employment if you not really trying to help people.
