I plan on getting a prestige plate for my car. By any chance, does this tag office in Buford make prestige plates on site or is it mailed? And if the Buford Tag Office doesn’t make them on site, do any of the other Gwinnett County Tag Offices do so?

If I am not mistaken , I believe all prestige license plates are mailed to you. I doubt any tag offices here does them on site . I know from prior experience that all three of mines was mailed to me.

You can order a prestige plate at any Gwinnett office, but they are manufactured at the State office then mailed.
