You get one free address change per license cycle (before you have to renew). I did it online, and they mailed the new one to me. Go to DDS website to complete.

Bring a bill or something official with your name and new address on it. No charge. If you get stopped, you could potentially get a ticket. You have 30 days after moving to update it, I believe.
