How do they make those scrambled eggs so light and fluffy? I've tried to replicate at home by scrambling the yoke really well and undercooking slightly, but failed miserably. What's the secret ingredient that makes then so yellow? Buttermilk maybe?!

Mine wasn't fluffy either. They were runny. I sent them back.
