I have only been using these guys a little over a year and it seems like the service has improved. I haven't needed to use their warranty system yet. I will continue to use them to mount and balance my tires in the future.
Lost your receipt? I have had them warranty many tires for me, except for when I lost my reciept.
The place has completely changed since new ownership I don't know who owns it now sorry you had a bad experience. You ever need help look us up at Camelback automotive. I only know the guys who owned it before
