My father passed away and left me one of his trucks to have. It doesn't have tags and registration expired last year in Crossville,tn. How can I drive it here to Lebanon and go through emissions if it doesn't have a tag??

You don't need any kind of paperwork to have a vehicle inspected. Just drive it over and hope you don't get stopped, if you do just let the officer know what you are doing.

I would call to see if they will let you get it tested. I would think they would let you as long as you have the registration.
