I believe you need to bring driver's license & registration. This year the price was $54 because you have to purchase a plate. If you ask they will give you a plate that says in "God We trust".

You don't need any kind of paperwork to have a vehicle inspected. Just drive it over and hope you don't get stopped, if you do just let the officer know what you are doing.

Driver license renew across from Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corp on Maddox Simpson Pky in Tennessee Highway Patrol bldg. They do, however, renew license plates for your car.

You would need to find someone who can legally officiate a marriage. Some judges that work in the Judicial Center officiate some if you can make an appointment with them and their docket isn't full. I don't think there is a charge but their phone number is 615-444-2042. You do not need witnesses anymore in Tennessee.
