Nope you have to buy tickets to ride. You can buy the wristband though, which is cheaper. Can't give you pricing off the top of my head this morning but hopefully someone will follow with that info or go to their website.
I'm not sure about $5 parking bc the last I heard, parking was free, but here are the wristband prices: Ride unlimited outdoor attractions for only $24.95+tax if you’re under 54 inches and $29.95+tax if you’re over 54 inches!! There are are height requirements for each ride as well.
