Restaurant sauce is excellent! When traveling and want Spicy Hot, I keep a small bottle of Sriracha sauce in my extra cupholder.
I'm not sure what you mean about HOT. Hot as in temperature-yes Hot-relating to spicy-no. There's only one type of bbq sauce which is excellent. Two cuts to choose between-pulled or sliced. Cost? A sandwich and one side is probably higher then ordering the pork sandwich dinner. I believe is around $6-$8 with two sides. The baby back rib plate is $14 with two sides and a slice of bread.
