A mom of a student I have would like me to give them a referral and I didn't quite know what that meant. Do I just call in? Or is there a form she is talking about?

You would need to provide the parent with a signed referral form which is good for one year. The family can then shop at A Precious Child twice a year. If you are not familiar please contact client services at A Precious Child via phone (I believe they open at 9 a.m.). They will be happy to help and walk you through the process. FYI, Adams County Family Services, TANF, and other county offices can also provide referral to A Precious Child.

You need a form to give on the appointment day
