What is this neighborhood called in Denver? Is it "Lowry"? What is its character locally? It looked a little industrial when I passed through. Is it safe? Good community or deserted after business hours?

It's called Virginia Vale, it's an older neighborhood that hasn't been gentrified yet and is right down the road from Hilltop which is one of the most wealthy neighborhoods.
