They do Saturdays and when you leave your pet they give you an instruction sheet on picking them up and it has a phone number on it. As the other person said...go online and make an appointment. I did cancel once via email....they responded pretty fast so....
When I took my babies, I tried to call to cancel due to weather, all I could do was email. Sorry. I'm sure your baby is fine.
When we did ours, we had to fill out this form: https://www.ddfl.org/solutions-cat-spayneuter-clinic-appointments/ They didn't do "ad hoc" appointments, they have days set aside each week for when your appointment is made. They call them "spay/neuter clinics". Doubtful they do it on Sunday.....
