The point of sale system we use unfortunately doesn't save receipts, so I strongly recommend you provide your telephone number during every purchase AND make sure to add your personal email address to your customer profile if it's not already on there - that way you'll have an electronic receipt sent to you in addition to the paper copy. Side note - if you purchase an ESP (Extended Service Plan) - which will guarantee the product for up to 2 years in the form of an instant in-store replacement if the product ceases to function or if performance degrades - you will not need a receipt as the purchase information will be stored electronically to make extended exchanges simple and hassle free!
I always get a receipt.
