As a customer of the former owners of this business over a decade ago I'm not impressed by the service of the present owners nor management currently. Yes have shopped here before and wasn't pleased. Years later I am still disappointed. With the prices you get for old refurbished appliances sold multiple times you should have no problems having the proper parts to replace/replace beforehand so once chosen/purchased product should have no issues for the purchasers or users. But the main issue is live up to what you say. When you tell customers that they have to wait up to 7 days for parts to come in (shouldn't have sold product in haphazard conditions) and you don't care enough to be caring about the customer and to REFUSE TO REPLACE OR ACCEPT BACK your or handle your customers rudely and DISRESPECTFUL..is not cool.

Great appliances for a low price. 90 day warranty on almost everything they sell. Delivery is free in some cases. Friendly people working there.

They have good customer service as they’ve willingly repaired and or replaced 2 appliances we’ve bought from them. The store is not attractive and I don’t like the location, but the service and deals are good.

Top and bottom refrigerators start at $150. Side by sides start at $250. All major appliances come with a 90 warranty and free delivery with in the Montgomery city limits.
I have a washer and dryer in fair condition, both operational and used daily. Do you pick up used, working appliances?
