They do the repairs. They are short staffed and backed up with work.
I wouldn't advise it the whole outfit is under qualified and poor quality on a professional scale and in customer care and service. We recently purchased a new camper that has sheet metal damage amongst a few other things and this is all on the day of pickup on the way home. The results caused damage and minor injury to random passing motorists. Called camping world staff members involved and no response or concern so with that we may just deal with all damages because it looks like it may end up a free camper at this point according to the consultation we end up having with family attorney, definitely not what we had in mind. With that use your own judgement but with the experience we have had and stories we ha have heard from others I wouldn't risk it. SP
