I'm not with CW, but i would replace axle. By the time you straighten it you'll take out the tensile strength of the axel, it would just go back to what you have now. Question is why did it bend? If over loaded, then get a heavier one. But the be careful that your not tweaking the trailer frame. There are plenty of places that sell axles.
