Running a phone-in customer service center is expensive, if you want to see low prices, you can't expect that kind of service. Probably best to browse inventory online.

My daughter misplaced her keys and wallet and we were calling to see if it was in their lost and found. I called three times in a row! First time it rang forever then they finally answered and didn't let me finish my sentence and rudely put me on hold forever then they answered and hung up on me. I called two more times and both times it rang forever and then they hung up on me both times! So rude!! Worst customer service ever!

Was just reading this, particularly the answer from Kevin2938, and wanted to reply. Kevin, have you ever tried using their “inventory online”? Sometimes that can be challenging and when they say it’s in stock they don’t actually have it. So I can sympathize with Mary Jane in general (even though I have not tried calling this store). I can’t verify Mary Jane’s phone experience, but if it is true, then they should just say they don’t accept calls. I have had more success myself in calling Walmart stores than in just believing the online only. Not an excuse to say “....if you want low prices...” and I have not heard Walmart say that.

Nobody answers, their too lazy, at least kevin2938 was a little more on the optimistic side......MAYBE just MAYBE......they might be busy with another 1 out of the other few hundred customers that might be calling in as well.....and if you take in consideration the customers they are attending in the store and handling associates......well yes it could happen.....no I am not employed by Wal-Mart and I do have my convictions in regards to Walmart as a business, yes I do still shop there. I also know that most the people you want to complain about yes all have a job to do, but are also not the ones responsible for making things run more efficiently on a management level. Everyone is still human,which not one us is perfect in anyway ever. I also know most of the time I'd say prolly 75% or greater my calls have been answered which always concerns speaking with management, I also have a 30 sec ring rule. How much and what are you checking that cant be done in the app?
