I was in an accident and broke 3 bones in my foot. I am on my feet 10 plus hours a day and needed something supportive for when I am able to go back to work. Joe was awesome! He cracked jokes while he fitted me and recommended a rocker type shoe, as it will best support my foot/ ankle. I could tell an immediate difference from the shoes I have been wearing. Great experience and great shoe. I have sent a few people there as well and they have nothing but good to say!

Was referred to this store by my podiatrist due to a supination issue I have with my feet (ankles roll outwards). Upon walking into Arizona Walk Shop I was met by Joe, the Sales Manager. Joe immediately recognized by problem, made recommendations on which brand/style would be best to correct my walking, and brought out several shoes in various widths and sizes to ensure that I had the best-fitting sneakers. Its been over 30 years since I've had someone measure my feet, and put shoes on for me. The end result is a pair of new shoes that have not only corrected the way I walk, but have eliminated all of the pain and suffering I was going through with traditional sneakers. Thank you Joe for the amazing service and you've gained a lifelong customer!

I went in yesterday because my podiatrist recommended motion control shoes. When I walked in Joe Payzant was so welcoming and funny! He is very knowledgeable. He fit me with a great pair of shoes and also recommended casual sandals as I was bummed I could no longer go barefoot around the house. Love the shoes, sandals and this establishment.

Something with an open toe like a sandal or soft material such as mesh that has the ability to stretch and acomodate the bunion. There isn't any particular brand that is any better than the other, you just need a shoe that has enough width or open to not apply pressure to that area.

This place is very very good in the same office space they have a place that makes Orthodontics for your feet so with their very good shoes and with that they should be able to help you
