I was in the Mesa, AZ Superstition location almost ready to cry from frustration with their new policy. No returns or exchanges without receipt only within 30 days. My pump dispenser wasn’t working on their metal can that I haven’t used yet and they couldn’t do anything!!! Nothing!! Managers hands are tied with new policy. I was on hold on customer service line for 30 minutes and Stacy and Kelli got creative and found a tool to shove in the can (after removing the dispenser top) and forced it to work!! They saved the day for me and it just goes to show, you don’t have to color inside the lines to help a desperate customer out!! I started getting mean after 45 minutes but these girls really wanted to help me out!!

Went in today to return things for store credit because I didn’t have the receipt. I have not used in the last 6 months or so everything was lightly used!! I am a perfume and BBW collector and I spend a lot of money here monthly! It’s not about the money! I took the loss when it comes to bringing back these products. I knew that I wasn’t getting top dollar for each product! I was told I could exchange up to $250 within 90 days with no receipt with my ID, I did speak to another store associate prior to the transaction (return) and she was very nice and understanding and I’m sad I didn’t get her name. But when I got the the counter Stacy was the name I saw on the name tag and who was doing my returns. While doing whatever it is she was doing she just looked up at me and said “ If my store manager was here this wouldn’t be happening!” And it’s not like she said it softly or too me, she yelled it loud enough that the people next to me stared at me like I was being a hassle! How embarrassing!!! And so uncalled for!?? What was the point of even saying that!?? I did what I thought I needed to do before I went in to not make someone say complicated! And Stacy was just rude and unprofessional!!! There was no reason for that! Again I’m taking the loss not BBW and I was okay with that! I will never go back into that location!!! I told the associate I had spoken to prior as I was leaving almost in tears that Stacy was very rude and unprofessional and embarrassed me and that if it was that big of deal I would of been totally fine with taking my stuff back home! I’m not in business to make people lives harder or be nasty to people! I’m very upset and disappointed that people will treat paying customers that way!!!

Woman working the floor would not exchange wallflower plug that was no longer working. She said how do we know you didn't get that at a semi annual sale and now want to exchange it for full price? I was like wow. I will never buy any wallflowers from there ever again after that!
