Is the market open all year around and is it in a closed building

The gift shops are open Thursday & Friday 7 to 4 and Saturday 7 to 2. The whole market, including farmers market and restaurants are open Friday 7 to 4 and Sat. 7 to 2. The building is fully enclosed with heat and air conditioning. Come in and enjoy. Lots of great things. It is open year round.
