I live right next door, and it is anything but tranquil. I can hear every conversation the kitchen staff has outside, while inside my bedroom. I live in an apartment building for the elderly and disabled, and the staff gets very loud and obnoxious as if they are not aware anyone lives here. Under the new ownership it has become worse. The kitchen staff mainly have new jersey license plates, and they may come from a very loud place in New Jersey, but this is Pennsylvania, and we are out in the country for a reason. Peace, healing, and tranquility. This is not the city, and I don't think they would like it very much if I stood outside their bedroom window at their residence shouting at the top of my lungs. Completely disrespectful.

Horrible place my mom has been there less than 48 hours. Didn't get any of her meds yesterday hasn't had her blood sugar tested since she's been there. She wasn't given lunch today. I get it's understaffed but don't accept new patients if you can't handle them. Edit while certain issues have been addressed I still stand with my review of this facility. My mom came to this facility looking to get better however now due to a nurse or staff member placing a bandage on incorrectly my mom now has an infection in her amputated leg that wasn't there when she arrived. My mom has been trying to get a nurse manager to come ans see her for 2 days now to address this and see what went wrong however no one has come. My phone call to the director as of now hasn't been returned.

My sister's went to see our relative and there under side is so sore from sitting in there own waste.They sat in there brief from 1pm-5pm this is unexpect able.I agree with the other review if you don't have the staff don't take the people.
