It was a nice place to live. If you’re looking to live somewhere that allows pets, they definitely cater to pets. Every year when they close the pool they had a puppy plunge where the pups could swim and the people got pizza. That was always really cute. We had cats and they were happy with all the windows in the apartment and the patio. All the apartments have patios and balconies that are not the largest, but big enough for a little patio garden. Probably the worst thing if you’re looking to rent here is trying to get an apartment before someone else because it’s a very popular place to live.

My husband and I have been looking for an apartment . We were told originally that there were 2 apartments that will be available for April. Great,we came in and had the tour ,went over everything with Johleen and expressed our interest. We were told that they we be posted in the next day or so.To complete the application process and then they will send out the availability.Apptantly there is no order to who is offered the apartmenWe tried to access it immediately but it was already gone.. I had called a couple weeks later to touch base and to see if they had anything opening up. I was told by a very nice worker that there will be a 2 bedroom opening up towards the end of March beginning of April due to special circumstances.I told her that we would definately be interested and she said that the message would be passed on to Joleen and it should be no problem. I didn't hear back and it was the beginning of February and I called and it was Joleen that answered and sounded surprised that I knew about this apartment. She told me it was already gone.i discussed the prior conversation nd this was not posted but she said that she cannot discuss the details very rudly. I guess if you really need a place to live ado not put very much faith in getting an apartment since they have there own special waiting list apparently. I am so dissapointed that this would happen. Don't waste your time applying unless you are a friend of theirs. Very sad!!

My husband and I started talking about downsizing in 2020 after several of our friends had moved into Seven Gables. We put our name on the list for a first floor apartment and in February 2021 we sold our home and the next week we received a call that there was a first floor apartment available for us. We have now been here 10 months and could not be happier. It is very quiet here and the office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and eager to serve in the best way possible. There is often something special going on in the community like maybe a pizza party around the pool or judging of balcony or patio Christmas decorations and dropping off packages by each residence door. If you are looking for a great place to live come visit the Residences at Seven Gables.

It’s not a bad place to live, but for the price consider renting a house or a different complex. Probably worth it if you’re local military with BAH, the location to the War College can’t be beat. However the rate they charge isn’t proportional to the amenities provided, they’ll tell you it’s market price. It’s not far off, but there are similar sq ft. apartments in town that come under this rent by a couple hundred dollars. Some of the similar complexes in town also offer better amenities for the same price. Pool, grills, tiny dog “park”, tiny workout room & office are for show and not enough to justify a luxury price. The Good: Pet Friendly with poop disposal bins around the property for dog walking Quiet for the most part Maintenance is usually quick Amenities like pool and grills are nice when they’re open and working. The Bad: Pricey Not enough garages available for every tenant and long waiting list. Only three dumpsters for five buildings Dog park is laughably small and unusable due to size HVAC is not very efficient (gas heating costs $$$)

Hi, Amy! We do allow a caged bunny. Is there any other information we can provide you with? Would you like to set up a tour? Thank you, Sarah DeHaas Business Manager
Sorry bud this is answered by members of the public, called Google Guides, not the proprietors. That said I do know folks that work here and I will pass on your question and ask them to reach out to you.
