No you don't need reservations, but it is definitely better to have them a shorter wait.
Yes, they take reservations buy it's best to call ahead of time to see if there is a available seating or be prepared to wait. Especially after 5pm

Yes they require that you have a reservation to secure a spot. That being said our reservation was for 10:15 and were seated at 11:15. 42 mins later we STILL didn't even have a glass of water. Needless to say, we walked out. Manager was extremely unprofessional and very rude.

On the week days between opening and i'd say around 4pm you can walk in and get a seat. But after 4pm on the week days, and on saturday and Sundays youll def need reservations or youll be waiting for a good 2-3 hrs for a table.
