Why does your waiters give customer's their bill right after they ate and before they ask for the check? Why rush your customers when your place isn't even busy?

They're used to doing it that way because Chinese customers usually just want to eat and go quickly. Personally I like it because I don't want to chase after a waiter for the bill when it's too busy. Don't take too much offense, they're groomed to be like this.

I hate waiting for the check. They show value for your time. You are not being rushed out. If they said ‘Hurry up & pay’ then I’d be annoyed.

Yeah, typical bad service at a pho place. Dont take it too personal. Im a regular and they do that to me everytime.

I have the opposite experience here; I usually get my order and am ignored until I can get a waiter to acknowledge me.

Its actually called seat and eat or something like that. American restaurants are jumping on the bandwagon also, ie... Cracker Barrel. Just a way for them to get people in and out faster so they can make more money.

Josh, I understand if the place were busy and you need our table to serve your new guests. That's makes sense. But the place was have empty. The staff sees my girlfriend and I at least once a week. So is this the new special treatment for loyal customers?
