To the manager or the owner of this place. Please read this and tell your staff. When someone asked “well done” pho PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT just make a pho with rare beef and then let it sit there in the back kitchen until it gets cooked and the soup gets cold, then bring it out to serve the customer. If you do that, sure the beef is well done now but the soup is not hot anymore! I live in woodside and not just this town but Jackson heights and elmhurst, people from 3 different towns are mentioning this about your restaurant. So please do something about it. By the way your food is great, I grew up in woodside my whole life and I ve only been at your resturant just few times in my life. You are part of the queens community, people actually think highly of this place. My friends and relatives talk about this restaurant all the time. So please improve your because we all know you are much better than this.
